以独立学院为例谈高校教务管理的几个意识

摘　　要：教务管理是高等学校教学管理中最重要的组成部分,对高校教学活动的正常运行,教风学风的建设与管理起着至关重要的作用。独立学院作为一种新型的高等教育模式,从它发展的现状和要求来看,其教务管理人员更应与时俱进,创新教务管理工作的模式,具体来说,就是树立服务意识、创新意识、品牌意识、竞争意识和社会责任意识这五个意识。The educational administration management is the most important part of college teaching management, plays an important role in the normal operation of teaching activities, the construction and management of teaching style. Independent college is a new mode of higher education, from the status and requirements of the development, the educational administration personnel should keep pace with the times, innovation of teaching affairs management model, specifically, is to establish service consciousness, innovation consciousness, brand consciousness, competition consciousness and social responsibility consciousness of the five consciousness.
