基于培养应用型人才的成人教育模式探讨

摘　　要：成人教育有别于普通全日制教育形式,成人教育不限年龄,主要为了满足社会成员进一步丰富知识、增长才能的需求,教育学历形式主要有:函授、夜大、自学考试、电大、远程教育等。但在我国教育模式与普通全日制教育模式却差别不大,这与国外成熟的成人教育模式相比,已经越来越不适应社会的需求,本文主要对国内外成人教育模式作了详细的对比,分析总结了目前存在的一些问题,参考国外成熟的教育模式,提出了改革教育模式的一些设想,以适应社会对于应用型人才的培养要求。Adult education is different from the ordinary full-time education, adult education has no age limit, mainly in order to meet the needs of social members to further enrich the knowledge, to demand growth, the forms are: correspondence, evening, self-study exam, radio and TV University, distance education. But in our country, the difference of the education pattern and the ordinary full-time education mode is not significant, compared with the foreign mature adult education mode, has become increasingly unsuited to the needs of society, The paper compared the domestic and foreign education model, summarizes some problems existing in the present, with reference to foreign mature education mode, and put forward some ideas to reform education mode, to adapt to the requirements of cultivating applied talents.
