摘　　要：工科类创新人才对于社会经济的发展至关重要,高校作为人才培养的摇篮,对创新人才培养模式的探索与实施是实现人才强国的重要一环。中国石油大学(北京)发起全国石油学子读书研讨会活动,结合石油工程专业特色设立学习班级,创新培养模式,达到启发学生的科学精神、创造性思维,培养学生的创新能力的目的。Engineering innovative talents is very important for the development of social economy, training college as the cradle of cultivating innovative talents, to explore and implement model is an important part of the implementation of talent. China University of Petroleum(Beijing) to launch a National Petroleum students reading seminar activities, the establishment of learning class according to the characteristic of petroleum engineering, innovative training model, to inspire students' scientific spirit, creative thinking, cultivate students' innovation ability.
