摘　　要：随着高等教育事业发展,科学研究能力不断提升,高校承担的科研项目及科研经费快速增长。科研经费的管理贯穿科研项目管理的全过程,是高校科研管理的重要核心内容之一,也是财务管理的重要组成部分。如何正确认识科研经费管理过程中存在的问题,探索科研经费管理的有效措施,提高科研经费的使用效率,保障科研项目的顺利完成显得尤为重要。With the development of higher education, the ability of scientific research is improving, university research projects and research funding is rapidly growing. The scientific research funds management throughout the entire process of project management, is one of the important core contents of scientific research management in colleges and universities, and is also an important part of financial management. How to correctly understand the existing problems in the process of management of scientific research funds, explore effective measures for management of scientific research funds, improve efficiency in the use of scientific research funds, guarantee the accomplishment of research project is particularly important.
