当前形势下做好独立学院党团实践研究——以华南理工大学广州学院为例

摘　　要：高校党团工作是大学生思想政治工作的重要组成部分,是提高大学生综合素质的重要途径。做好独立学院党团工作要清楚其前置条件,处理好党团建设、学校发展、学生成长成才三者的关系,也要抓住党团建设的核心要素。立足华南理工大学广州学院党团建设实践,探讨独立学院如何在当前形势下做好党团建设,从而形成党团组织与学校发展和学生成长成才间的相互促进,相互提高,共同繁荣的良好局面。The university Party and Communist Youth League work is an important part of college students' ideological and political work, is an important way to improve the comprehensive quality of college students. Do Party and Communist Youth League work in independent college should clear its preconditions, handle the relationship of Party and Communist Youth League building, the development of school, the students' growth, also to seize the core elements of Party construction. Based on the construction of Party and Communist Youth League practice in Guangzhou College of South China University of Technology, to investigate how to do well the Party and Communist Youth League building in the current situation, so as to form the party organizations and the development of the school and the students' growth promote mutually, mutually enhancing, the good situation of common prosperity.
