摘　　要：成功的本质是不断发展、不断提高。开展高职生社会实践已经成为高校实现人才培养目标的有效途径,是高职生健康成长的必由之路。江阴职业技术学院通过不断的实践与探索,提出"做最好的你自己"的成功素质教育理念。并培养出满足当地社会经济发展所需的现代化企业人才。这一成功素质教育理念,为突显高职教育办学特色、实现持久发展与进步的动力,有着十分重要的现实意义。The essence of success is the continuous development, continuous improvement. Social practice of higher vocational college students has become an effective way to realize the goal of cultivating talents in colleges and universities, is the route one must take the healthy growth of students in higher vocational colleges. Jiangyin Polytechnic College through constant practice and exploration, to propose 'the concept of quality education to do your best'. And cultivate talents meet the needs of the local social and economic development of the modern enterprise. The success of the concept of quality education, highlight the school characteristics, the power for higher vocational education to achieve sustainable development and progress, have a very important practical significance.
