民办高校教师队伍建设现状及存在问题分析

摘　　要：近些年来,民办高校在教师队伍建设中投入了大量的人力和财力,使其教师队伍建设有了很大改善,但依然存在一系列问题有待深入研究,提出相应对策。本文以21所民办高校为研究对象,采用电话访谈、文献查询、网上搜集等方法,统计了民办高校教师队伍建设基本现状,并加以分析提出了存在的主要问题。In recent years, private colleges put a lot of manpower and financial resources in the construction of teachers, the teachers have been greatly improved, but there is still a series of problems to be studied, put forward corresponding countermeasures. In this paper, 21 private universities as the research object, using telephone interviews, literature search, online collection methods, statistics of the basic situation of the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities, and analyzes the main problems.
