浅析桂林公示语汉英翻译存在的问题与解决策略

摘　　要：公示语是一种以达到某种交际目的公开和面对公众的特殊文体,它是一个城市对外交流的名片。调查表明,目前桂林公示语的汉英翻译存在着各种各样的错误。文章结合实例,通过归类和分析这些错误,找出错误的实质及其产生的原因,并提出相应的解决办法和策略,期望能引起大家的共鸣。Public sign is a kind of special style to achieve a certain communicative purpose to open and face the public, it is a card of city foreign exchange business. Investigation shows, there are a variety of errors in Chinese English translation of public signs in Guilin at present. This paper through the classification and analysis of these errors, to find out the reasons for the wrong essence and produces, and proposes the corresponding solutions and strategies, hoping to arouse sympathy.
