摘　　要：艺术科研在艺术发展中具有突出的作用。艺术类人才不但是艺术表演的主体,也是艺术创新的主体。作为艺术教育事业先锋队的高等艺术院校,要想使艺术发展有一个质的飞跃,就必须注重科研创新。坚持科研是龙头、教学是基础、产业是保障的方针,培养一支从事产学研一体化的师资队伍,走产学研一体化的发展道路。在艺术类高等院校中建立教师与学生的科研创新体系,满足应用型及创新型人才培养要求,并形成一整套行之有效的激励机制,已成为当下艺术类高等院校教改、学科建设及综合办学实力提高的迫切任务。The art of scientific research has a prominent role in the development of the arts. Art talents is not only the subject of performing arts, but also the main body of artistic innovation. As the higher arts education, in order to have a qualitative leap in the development of art, we must pay attention to scientific research and innovation. Adhere to the scientific research is leading, teaching is the foundation, industry is the security policy, cultivate the teachers engaged in the integration, the development road of research integration. The construction of scientific research innovation system of teachers and students in institutions in the art class, to meet the requirements of application and the cultivation of innovative talents, and form a set of effective incentive mechanism, has become the urgent task of the contemporary art institutions of higher education reform, school discipline construction and improve the comprehensive strength.
