摘　　要：我国现处于和谐社会,但是和谐社会的构建仍有很多问题需要探索和解决,其中最重要的一个的社会的公正问题,因此构建和谐社会必须要考虑公正伦理的建设。和谐社会中公正伦理的建设就是要考虑建设符合公正伦理的公正原则、思想道德和行为准则问题,以此来实现社会的公正,塑造公正精神,构建和谐社会。China is now in the harmonious society to build a harmonious society, but there are still many problems need to explore and solve the problem of justice, is one of the most important social, so the construction of harmonious society must consider the construction of justice ethics. The construction of a harmonious society of justice ethics is to consider the construction in accordance with the principle of justice, morality and behavior criterion of justice ethics, in order to realize social justice, shaping the spirit of fairness, building a harmonious society.
