摘　　要：如何针对大学生的特点进行心理健康教育,使大学生更好地掌握应对和调适自身心理问题的方法是大学生心理健康教育工作的重要内容。本文通过大学生心理健康教育课程的实践,结合自己的认识与想法,探索大学生心理健康教育课堂教学模式。How to conduct mental health education for college students, to enable students to better grasp the method to deal with and adjust their own psychological problems is an important content of mental health education for college students.Through the practice of College Students' psychological health education course,combining the knowledge and ideas of their own, to explore the classroom teaching mode of college students psychological health education.
