基于海洋文化视阈下的海岛县教育发展趋势探析

摘　　要：历史悠久的海岛县(以浙江温州洞头县为例)承载着深厚的海洋文化底蕴,是传承和发扬海洋文化最天然、最适宜的群体之一。依托海洋文化资源,倚靠政府坚实有力的保障,大力推进海洋文化教育,开展海洋特色办学,是海岛县教育的发展趋势和方向。In the 21 st century, the resources competetion will concentrate on the biggest treasury on the earth—ocean, whose culture is the important impetus of social development in the new century. The island counties, with a long history, carry profound cultural deposits of ocean, which are the most natural and optimum group to inherit and carry forward ocean culture. The educational development tendency of island counties will be as follows: depending on the ocean culture resources, leaning on the government's forceful guarantee, giving great impetus to ocean culture education and carrying out ocean characteristic running schools.
