摘　　要：本文从有利于促进社会和谐稳定发展、有利于提升残疾人高校的教育质量、有利于深化残疾人学校的思想政治教育工作三方面,论述了残疾人高校职业生涯规划与就业指导教育的实践意义。This article discusses the practical significance of the university career planning and employment guidance education for the disabled from three aspects, which are beneficial to promote social harmony and stability, to improve the quality of education of colleges for the disabled, and to deepen these schools' ideological and political education work.
