摘　　要：本文以现代学习与教学论为基础,分析英语学科素质教育的目标及素质教育过程中不同素质习得的过程和条件。同时按照素质洗的规律提出了英语学科教学设计。通过学科学习过程研究,为今后选择合适的教学方法指明了方向。In this paper, based on the modern learning and teaching theory, analysis English quality education goals and quality education process and conditions of the different quality in the process of acquisition. At the same time according to the quality of law English discipline teaching design are put forward. Through the study subject learning process, to choose the appropriate teaching methods pointed out the direction for the future.
