摘　　要：全媒体时代新媒介的出现给图书馆行业带来了巨大的挑战,同时也给图书馆实现持续发展提供了契机,为了适应时代的发展,图书馆必须主动求变以维护被新媒介大量分流的读者群,图书馆的变革对图书馆员的职业定位必然提出新的要求。All media age, the emergence of new media to the library industry has brought the huge challenge, but also to the library provides an opportunity to realize sustainable development in order to adapt to the development of the era, the library must take the initiative to change in order to maintain by the new medium of shunt readership, changes of librarian's professional libraries must put forward new requirements.
