摘　　要：通过对基于依从心理的沟通技巧运用,介绍了低球手法、承诺、互惠、引起注意、以退为进、提供归因等沟通原则在高职学生教育管理中的应用。Use compliance psychology of communication skills,this paper introduces the low ball technique,commitment,and reciprocity,attention,and slide backwards,provide attribution principle of communication in the application of the students in higher vocational education management.
