固定专科对肿瘤外科手术室护士核心能力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨固定专科对肿瘤外科手术室护士核心能力有无影响,了解不同专科组手术室护士核心能力差异的现状。方法采用《中国注册护士核心能力量表》对广州市8家三级甲等综合性医院手术室护士进行问卷调查,并根据是否长期固定与肿瘤外科手术专科配合分为固定专科组和非固定专科组。结果手术室护士核心能力总体平均得分为(161.49±3.70)。固定专科组护士核心能力得分平均为(182.00±31.95),非固定专科组为(163.23±35.65),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。固定专科组护士核心能力7个维度得分均高于非固定手术专科配合组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心胸外科、骨外科、脑外科专科手术室护士核心能力最高。结论固定专科有利于肿瘤外科手术室护士核心能力的提高,不同专科手术室护士核心能力水平存在差异。Objective To investigate the effect of fixed speciality on professional core competence of surgical oncology nurses in operation room, and difference status of core competence between different speciality. Methods A questionnaire 'Chinese registered nurse core competency scale ' was used to evaluate core competence of surgical oncology nurses in operation room. A total of 408 surgical oncology nurses in operation room in 8 hospitals in Guang Zhou were interviewed. The nurses were divided into two groups based on fixed speciality and core competence was compared. Results The average score of professional core competence was(161.49 ±3.70). The average score of core competence was(163.23 ±35.65) in the fixed speciality group,(182.00±31.95) in non-fixed specialty group(P <0.05). The scores of core competence in 7 dimensions in fixed specialty group were all significantly higher than those in non-fixed speciality group. Among the different oncological specialities, the core competence of nurses in operation room was highest in departments of cardiothoracic, bone and brain tumor. Conclusions Fixed speciality is helpful to improve professional core competence of surgical oncology nurses in operation room. There is difference in core competence of nurses in operation room among different specialities.
