美国高等教育机构社会捐赠状况分析——以教育资助委员会的调查数据为例

摘　　要：在对美国教育资助委员会"教育自愿支持调查"的数据进行分析后发现,美国高等教育机构获得的社会捐赠在总量和结构上存在显著差异。研究型大学获得的社会捐赠总量最多,学士学位大学获得的校友捐赠占比最高,副学士学院获得的非校友个人捐赠和公司捐赠占比最高,专门学院获得的基金会捐赠占比最高。就校友捐赠来看,学士学位大学的校友参与率和募捐有效率最高,研究型大学的校友平均捐赠最多。Based on the data from Voluntary Support of Education(2006-2009)by the Council for Aid to Education,this thesis researched the amount,percentage and change of structure of social donations to the higher education institutions in the USA.The results were showed as follows:there're significant differences in the amount and structure of social donations to the higher education institutions;research/doctoral universities received more social donations than other institutions;the percentage of alumni giving accounted for the largest proportion of baccalaureate colleges' social donation compared with other institutions;both corporation giving and other individuals' giving accounted for the largest proportion of associate colleges' social donation;foundation giving accounted for the largest proportion of special focus institutions' social donation;both alumni participation rate and solicitation effectiveness of baccalaureate colleges were higher than others;the proportion of average alumni gift of research/doctoral universities was larger than others.
