帮会文化与黑社会(性质)组织关系探析——基于文化犯罪学的考量

摘　　要：帮会文化是封建时期帮会特有的文化,其核心是义。义有大义、侠义和义气三层含义,帮会文化主要指义气。义气是指为了帮会中兄弟、集体,可以牺牲自己,也愿意违反法律、道德。帮会文化虽然表面上具有牺牲精神,实际上是联结帮会与成员的利益契约。帮会文化与黑社会(性质)组织具有现象上的共生、发展空间的共享、目标行为的一致等三大相关关系,还对黑社会(性质)组织以及成员产生重要影响。Confraternity is a kind of culture in feudal period of China.The core of it is code of brotherhood.Code of brotherhood means loyalty to the confraternity and brothers in the confraternity,for which they would like to break the law and even sacrifice themselves.Confraternity seems to be a spirit of knight,but it is a benefit contract.Confraternity coexists with underworld organizations,shares development space with them and has the same goal with them.Confraternity exerts great impacts on many aspects of the underworld and gangsters.
