摘　　要：本文在研究探讨全球碳排放交易的市场类型的基础上,对联合履行(JI)、清洁发展机制(CDM)和国际排放交易(ETS)这三大碳排放交易机制进行了研究。在进一步分析全球碳排放交易额度及成交价格,中国CDM碳排放减量占全球的比例,全球碳排放交易的潜力及中国的份额和全球基于碳储量(碳汇)的碳交易份额的基础上,结合植被碳汇、碳排放、进出口贸易额度等指标对中国的碳排放定价权进行分析。进一步讨论了国家背景下的中国碳排放交易初始价格及定价权问题,分析了现有的国际上的几个减排方案,并结合国外碳排放交易的经验和中国碳交易的实际情况,分析了中国碳排放低价的原因和未来掌握碳排放交易定价权的重要性,最后对中国未来争夺碳排放交易定价权提出了短期和长期的对策建议。Based on studying the market types of the global carbon emissions trading, this article elaborates on three emission trading mechanisms which are respectively the Joint Implementation(JI), the Clean Development Mechanism(CDM), and the International Emissions Trading(ETS). Furthermore, on the basis of the carbon emission trading quota and its transaction price, China's CDM emissions reduction share of the global scale, the potential of global carbon emissions trading and China's share in the future, and the carbon trading shares based on the carbon storage of different countries, we analyze China's pricing right of carbon emission by referring to vegetation carbon sequestration, carbon emission and China's import and export trading quotas. What's more, we discuss the issues of China's original price and pricing right of the carbon emission trading, analyze several current international carbon reduction schemes, and according to the experience of foreign countries and the actual situation of China's carbon trading examine the reason of China's low-cost carbon emission as well as the importance of holding the pricing right of carbon emissions trading in the future. At last we put forward some short-term and long-term suggestions for China's fighting for carbon emissions trading.
