摘 要:采用质性访谈和逻辑思辨的研究方法对高校高水平队教练身份的型构机制及其角色认同进行了研究。研究认为教练员场域属于典型的新型场域,边界渗透性强,稳定性和独立性比较差;教练员身份历经了权威的质疑及其地位尴尬弱化所导致的角色紧张、角色冲突甚至角色退出;教练员场域中存在体育系统和教育系统流动的制度逻辑冲突;教练员身份的型构是被社会所建构的、在与社会互动实践的过程中,非程式化在程式化的科层制基础上进行着迂回;遵循体育自身发展规律,方可赋予高水平教练组织的可持续健康发展。In this paper,the research methods of qualitative interview and logic argument were used to study the identity construction mechanism and roles of high- level coaches in universities.The study suggests that the coach field is a typical new field,with strong boundary permeability but poor stability and independence;coach identity has experienced the authority questioning and the role tension,role conflict and even role exit resulted from awkward weakening of its position;in the coach field,there exists institutional logic conflict between the mobility of the sports system and the education system;the coach identity is constructed by the society,and in the process of social interaction practice,non-stylization is rounded about on the basis of the stylized bureaucracy;only by following the law of development of sports itself can high-level coach organizations achieve sustainable and healthy development.
