摘 要:艾耶尔关于价值没有合理性的"魔咒",在高校教师评价领域也经常得到验证,许多人怀疑高校教师评价的合理性,评价者、管理者也对评价深感困惑和迷茫。但艾耶尔把价值判断与事实判断完全对立的荒谬性也是显而易见的:价值判断中强调的情感、关系都以客观事实为基础。解开"魔咒",提高高校教师评价合理性的路径是:凝聚公认的价值观念,确立合适的评价标准;关联价值与事实,充实评价的手段与方法;协调利益关系,促进评价发展。“Ayer curse”on the value of no reasonable often gets verified in the field of the evaluation of university teachers. Many people doubt the rationality of the evaluation of university teachers. Evaluators and managers are feeling confused and lost to evaluate teachers. But Ayer’s conclusion on the value judgment and fact judgment completely opposing is obvious absurdity that man’s feel stressed in a value judgment and relationship are based on the objective facts. In order to improve the rationality of the evaluation of university teachers,we must conden recognized values,establish suitable e-valuation standards,associate value and fact,enrich the means and methods of evaluation,coordinate the interest relation-ship and promote the development of evaluation.
