摘　　要：尽管内部控制制度法规化已经作为内部控制制度改革的既定目标,但对内部控制实践提供理论设计以供其进行权衡选择的道路问题却鲜有论述。目前,我国内部控制制度道路选择存在历史经验和逻辑建构两类困境,通过对经验理性主义和建构理性主义两种思想指导的内部控制制度设计进行研究与比较,在分析经验式与建构式对立统一关系的基础上,提出我国内部控制制度道路选择的基本理念:在沟通经验与建构的基础上进行有机共建。Although regulations to the internal control system has been established objectives for the reform of the internal control system,but for the practice of internal control theory designed to be weighed for its path choice issues are rarely discussed. China current internal control system road selection exists history experience dilemma and logic construction dilemma. Through research and comparison of internal control system design guided by thoughts of experience rational doctrine and construction rational doctrine,on analysis unified opposites relationship of experience type and construction type,the paper proposes China internal control system road selection of basic concept: to build organically on the basis of communication experience and construction.
