摘　　要：统一司法考试是联系法学本科专业教育和法律职业共同体之间的桥梁和纽带,而统一司法考试和法学本科专业教育的真正目的都在于建构符合法治发展的法律职业共同体,本文在对当前我国统一司法考试、法学本科专业教育和法律职业共同体建构三者之间关系现状进行考察基础上,提出重新建构三者良性有序互动关系的理论基础和理论设想,推进我国的法治建设。Unified judicial exam is the bridge and link between law undergraduate education and legal profession community,and the aim of the two is to contruct a legal profession community which is in accordance with law development.This paper put forward the theoretical assumption for unified judicial exam,law undergraduate education and legal profession's orderly interactive relationship on the basis of the current relationship situation of the three,so as to advance our country's legal construction.
