摘　　要：移动学习作为一种新型的教育方式特别适合语言类学习。针对英语听力移动学习的特点和Android设备的优势,本文运用系统工程的思想和方法从软件设计与开发的角度展开研究。以Android开发环境构成为基础分五个步骤部署了开发环境;设计了应用于服务端的Windows系统程序功能和应用于客户端的Android系统功能;研究了服务器端的分层实现和客户端实现的关键技术。本研究解决了系统开发关键性的技术问题,对提高系统的开发质量和效率具有重要意义。Mobile learning as a new way of education especially for the language learning. For the features of English listening mobile learning and the advantages of Android devices the research using the ideas and methods of systems engineering studied from the perspective of software design and development. Based on the Android development environment constituted the development environment including five-steps; designed the Windows system program functions applied to server and the Android system functions applied to the client;studied the key technologies of layered implementation on the server-side and client implementation. The study solved the technical problems for system developed key and had a great significance for improving the development quality and efficiency of the system.
