摘　　要：旨在实现校企合作人才的有效跟踪,做好人才的评价工作,实现人才的全面发展,加强校企之间的合作和交流。通过借助于asp编程技术,分析asp编程工作原理以及数据库访问形式,并结合校企合作人才跟踪评价系统的需求,应用人才跟踪评价系统设计基本架构,做好数据库的设计。基于asp编程校企合作人才跟踪评价系统的实现过程,经过系统测试,该系统可以实现人才的有效性跟踪和评价,为人才的全面发展提供根本保障,实现校企之间的有效性合作交流。The article is aimed at the effective tracking of the talented person in the school enterprise cooperation, the evaluation of the talents, the full development of the talents, and the cooperation and communication between the enterprises and the enterprises. Through the use of ASP programming technology, analysis of the principle of ASP programming and database access form, and combined with the requirements of enterprise personnel tracking evaluation system, the application of human tracking and evaluation system design of the basic structure, a good database design.Based on the ASP programming, the system can realize the effective tracking and evaluation of the talents, and provide the basic guarantee for the comprehensive development of talents.
