摘  要:研究一种基于固态变压器的并网接口,它不仅能同时补偿笼型异步发电机所需无功功率和小水电系统友好并网,还能根据水头的变化自动调整机组运行速度,从而提高系统发电效率和功率因数。针对固态变压器的调速和无功补偿功能,提出一种模糊PID控制策略;针对固态变压器的并网功能,利用直流侧电压和定无功功率的控制策略。最后通过Matlab/simulink仿真平台验证所提并网接口及其控制策略的有效性和可行性。A new type of grid-connected interface based on solid state transformer is proposed in this paper,which not only can compensate reactive power needed by squirrel cage inductor generation and promote friend grid-connected of small hydropower,but also automatically adjust generator to the variation of water head. For the reactive compensation and dynamo's speed regulation function of the interface,an fuzzy PID control strategy is proposed. For the grid-connected function of the solid state transformer interface,the corresponding DC side voltage and constant reactive power control strategy is presented. Finally,by using Matlab / simulink simulation platform,the feasibility and effectiveness of the provided solid state transformer interface and its control strategy have been verified.
