摘  要:目的:观察白藜芦醇对大鼠CBRH-7919肝癌细胞的影响.方法:不同浓度的白藜芦醇处理大鼠CBRH-7919肝癌细胞24、48 h和72h,倒置显微镜和电镜观察细胞变化,CCK8法观测其存活率,免疫印迹检测细胞中Bcl-2、Erk蛋白变化.结果:细胞存活率,具有药物浓度和时间依赖性;随药物浓度的增加,细胞数量减少,悬浮死亡细胞增多;Bcl-2、Erk蛋白随药物浓度的增加,蛋白表达量降低.结论:白黎芦醇对大鼠CBRH-7919肝癌细胞增殖具有明显的抑制作用,可能与其抑制Bcl-2和Erk的表达而诱导细胞凋亡有关.Objective:To explore the influence of resveratrol reagents on CBRH-7919 hepatoma cells.Methods:Hepatoma cells CBRH-7919 were treated with different concentrations of resveratrol reagents at 24,48 h and 72 h respectively.Inverted microscope and electron microscope were used to observe the change of cells;Cell viability was detected by cell counting kit(CCK8).The changes of cell cycle and cell apoptosis were determined by flow cytometry.Results:Hepatoma cells CBRH-7919 survival rate was dependent on drug concentration and time;With the increase of drug concentration,the number of cells decreased,and the suspending dead cells increased.Western blotting showed that expressions of Bcl-2 and Erk were reduced with the increase of resveratrol concentration.Conclusion:Resveratrol has obvious inhibitory influence on hepatoma cells CBRH-7919,and such effect may be related to induce apoptosis by repressing the expression of Bcl-2 and Erk.
