摘　　要：目的:探讨胃癌组织中程序性细胞死亡6(PDCD6)表达水平及其与临床病理特征的相关性.方法:采用免疫组织化学对109例胃癌组织中PDCD6、P53的表达进行检测,分析其与肿瘤临床病理特征的相关性.采用免疫印迹检测10例新鲜胃癌标本中癌组织及癌旁组织中PDCD6蛋白的表达.结果:胃癌组织中PDCD6、P53阳性表达率分别为68.8％和62.4％.PDCD6的表达在胃癌肿瘤部位、分化程度、性别及肿瘤大小各组别中的表达差异无统计学意义,PDCD6蛋白的表达在淋巴结有无转移及P53阴阳性表达组间的差异有统计学意义,PDCD6表达与P53的表达呈正相关性;免疫印迹证实PDCD6在胃癌组织中的表达高于癌旁组织.结论:PDCD6可能参与了胃癌的发生、发展,但具体机制仍需进一步研究.Objective:To investigate the expression of programmed cell death 6(PDCD6) and P53 in gastric cancer.Methods:Immunohistochemical and Western blotting methods were used to detect the expressions of PDCD6 and P53 in 109 samples of gastric cancers.Results:We examined the expression pattern of PDCD6 and P53 proteins in 109 sporadic gastric cancers by immunohistochemistry.PDCD6 and P53 expression was detected in 75(68.8%) and 68(62.4%) out of 109 gastric cancers,respectively.Statistically,the expression of the PDCD6 protein was not associated with clinical and pathological parameters,including tumor location,tumor differentiation,sex,and tumor size.However,the expression of the PDCD6 protein was associated with lymph node metastasis.In addition,a significant association was observed between PDCD6 and the nuclear expression of P53 in gastric cancers.Increased expression was detected in 6(60.0%) of 10 paired gastric cancer tissues by Western blotting analysis.Conclusion:Aberrant expression of the PDCD6 protein might play a role in the development of gastric cancers.
