民办高校青年教师素质提升的路径思考

摘　　要：加强青年教师的培养,提升青年教师的个人素质和整体水平,是青年教师个人成长和职业发展的需要,也是民办高校在激烈的竞争中得以生存并实现可持续发展的关键。笔者在分析民办高校青年教师队伍整体状况的基础上对进一步提高民办高校青年教师素质发展的途径进行了探析。In-service teacher training of junior faculty for upgrading the overall inner quality is a prerequisite for both the career development of junior faculty and the sustainable development of institution in the intense competition of higher education. The paper investigated the ways for the junior teacher in-service training on the basis of analyzing the status-quo of junior faculty at non-government colleges.
