摘　　要：文章分析了三江学院"唯实求真、开拓创新"办学精神的形成过程,介绍了学校创新办学体制和管理机制、积极探索"学用结合"的人才培养体系的努力和成效。The authors give an account of the forming of"truth-seeking and innovation"spirit in Sanjiang College.Then they go on to illustrate the endeavour and achievements the school has made in the innovation of school system,administrative mechanism and training of students who combine theory with practice well.
