摘　　要：在研究张謇、荣德生的职业技术人才培育之道的基础上,阐述了张謇、荣德生他们所创建的大生集团和荣氏集团虽然所走过的发展道路并不相同,但在兴办近代新式企业的过程中,都从实际需要出发,创造性地将形式多样、方法灵活的职业教育贯穿于始终,培养了大批实学实用、学以致用的职业技术人才,有力地促进了企业的发展。杰出的民族实业家张謇、荣德生为中国近代经济发展作出重要贡献,为培养职业技术人才的成功之道,为今日大力发展职业教育提供了有益的借鉴。Both Zhang Jian and Rong Desheng were prominent Chinese entrepre- neurs known for their contributions to the economic development of modern China. In spite of the differences in the development of the conglomerates they represented respectively,they shared a number of ideas on the provision of technical and vocation training,focusing,for example,on practical needs,flexible methods and innova- tions.This not only produced a large body of skilled laborers,promoted the steady growth of China’s national industry,but also provided useful experience for technical and vocational training to develop in a healthy and sustainable manner.
