摘　　要：文章针对民办高校人才资源管理上需要亟待实现的问题进行研究,探讨了我国民办高校由于自身的原因和在管理上存在许多不足;分析诸多条件的限制和影响等问题;提出了民办高校要想得到快速的发展,就必须尽快实现人力资源管理的根本转变的建议。为实现管理行为和管理人才走出创新之路起到积极帮助作用。The paper talks about the management of talents in private colleges in our country. The author thinks that there is an urgent need to transform the manner of management of talents in this kind of colleges by giving out some elements of influencing this phenomenon and result. To achieve this aim, an active and inovative way must be found.
