民族地区及某民族高校慢性病患病现状的对比分析

摘　　要：为探讨民族地区慢性病发病的诱因以及其干预措施,对慢性病的防治工作提供科学依据,对比分析了内蒙古某单位职工与武汉某民族高校教职工慢性病的体检指标,并利用Excel和Graphpad软件整理各单位体检数据进行了统计分析.结果表明:2014年内蒙古某单位职工肥胖指数(BMI)、肝功能(ALT/AST)、血糖(Glu)和收缩压指标异常率分别为23.6%、23.6%、11.1%和4.5%;某民族高校教职工BMI、ALT/AST、Glu和收缩压指标异常率分别为20.4%、20.5%、8.8%和12.1%.两地区中慢性病构成比主要为肥胖、肝脏疾病、恶性肿瘤、心血管病、糖尿病、慢性肺病和高血压.说明了虽然调查人群地域不同,但是慢性病种类的分布特征相似;民族地区的慢性病患病率高于内地地区;慢性病的分布与饮食习惯、文化程度、环境压力有关.To study the causes for chronic diseases and relevant intervention measures and provide scientific references to the chronic diseases' preventing and controlling,the indexes of chronic disease from some company staffs in Inner Mongolia and the National university faculties in Wuhan were comparatively analyzed through physical examination. Their medical data were also analyzed by Excel and Graphpad software. The results indicated that the abnormal rate of BMI,ALT / AST,Glu and systolic pressure among the staffs in Inner Mongolia was 23. 6%,23. 6%,11. 1% and 4. 5%,respectively.Meanwhile,the abnormal rate of BMI,ALT / AST,Glu and systolic pressure among the National university faculties was20. 4%,20. 5%,8. 8% and 12. 1% respectively. In the two areas,the most common chronic diseases were obesity,liver disease,malignant tumor,angiocardiopathy,diabetes,chronic pulmonary disease and hypertension. It was concluded that the varieties of chronic diseases were similar despite the regional disparity. The morbidity rates of the chronic diseases in the ethnic minority area were higher than the central part of China. The distribution of the chronic diseases were associated with eating habit,education degree and environmental pressures.
