摘　　要：文章对高校体育裁判规则教学的现状进行了调查和分析研究,提出了改变"重技术战术,轻裁判规则"倾向的对策。This paper analyzes the present situation of the judgment rules teaching and proposes the countermeasures on changing the tendency of attaching importance to technology and tactics and underestimating judgment rules.
