摘 要: 君权制约问题与君主集权相伴而生。中国封建社会君权制约理论主要有两种:一是道德规劝,一是灾异谴告。朱熹"理欲二分"、"以理制欲"理论的主要目的是制约君权,这是朱熹在宋代君权进一步集中的社会背景下对传统"道德规劝"和"灾异谴告"君权制约理论的继承、综合与升华。The issue of restricting monarch power came along with the monarch centralized power.In China's feudal society,there are two theories of monarch power.namely,moral persuasion and calamity warning.The main goal of Zhu Xi's theories of 'reason and desire being separate' and 'reason conquering desire' was to restrict the monarch power.This is Zhu's inheritance,synthesizing and epitome of the traditional theories against the background of increasing centralized power in Song Dynasty.
