摘　　要：风险资本是连接资本市场和中小企业的一座桥梁,通过对高技术产业化的支持,增强了企业实现技术突破和开发新产品的能力,在技术进步和创新中起到关键作用.本文首先指出中小企业进行的技术创新充满风险性,论证高新技术企业需要风险投资,并对风险投资公司与中小企业融资的动态博奕进行了分析.Venture capital is a bridge that connects capital market with medium and small-sized enterprises, it enhances abilities of medium and small-sized enterprises to develop new products and to make technology achievements, and plays an importantrole in innovation of medium and small-sized enterprises. In this paper, we poin out firstly that innovation is full of risk, we prove that venture capital is a best way to expedite innovation, and we analyses dynamic game in financing between venture capital and medium and small-sized enterprises.
