摘　　要：文中介绍了在四针道单面圆机上采用19.5tex大豆纤维和83.3tex×2绢丝交织生产人字绸针织面料的上机编织工艺、染色后处理工艺及面料技术参数等。该面料具有纯绢丝针织品的手感、外观和舒适性,而成本却降低很多。This paper introduces the actual knitting technology, post-treatment in dyeing process and technical data of 19.5 texsoybean fiber yarn and 83.3 tex×2 spun silk yarn interlaced pattern fabric produced on 4-needle-passage single circularknitting machine. This kind of fabric bears similar hand, appearance and comfort-ability as those of pure silk fabric, but witha much low cost.
