摘 要:研究了超声波对CaCO_3积垢的影响及其作用机理。生产应用表明,超声波防除积垢装置的防除积垢效果明显,显著提高了黑液蒸发系统的蒸发强度,黑液粘度降低,提高了浓黑液浓度。In terms of crystal ligation dynamics, the mechanism of the scale prevention by ultrasonic was studied. The results showed that treating black liquor by ultrasonic can shorten the induction period and increase the forming velocity of crystal nuclear, so there are a large numher of minicrystals which are formed and suspended promptly in the solution, the growth velocity of crystal decreases and the scale is difficult to deposit on the heated pipe surface, so the amount of scale decreases. At the same time, the cavitation and mechanical function of ultrasonic can increase the scale solubility, destroy the formed scale and make it fall off. The commercial trial results also showed that ultrasonic apparatus not only can prevent scale, but also can remove the formed scale effectively. It also can reduce the viscosity of black liquor. All mentioned above are helpful to improve the evaporation rate remarkably, so the concentration of the concentrated black liquor can be increased in certain exent.
