综合康复干预不同月龄脑性瘫痪患儿的效果对比

摘　　要：目的:通过对不同月龄组脑性瘫痪患儿的早期诊断与早期康复治疗,探讨其治疗效果,以期阻断或降低脑性瘫痪所致的伤残发生。方法:适取脑性瘫痪患儿108例为观察对象。按诊治开始的年龄分为1～3,4～6,7～9个月3组,每组均采用Bobath法和Vojta法相结合的运动疗法,穴位经皮神经电刺激,脑多肽、吡拉西坦分别加入100g/L葡萄糖液中静脉点滴,共两三个疗程,在治疗前后进行运动发育、反射发育、Vojta姿势反射发育、肌张力对比评价,治疗至2岁时,比较各组之间的疗效。结果:总有效率96.3%(104/108),正常化率61.1%(86/108),有效率及正常化率随月龄增大有下降趋势,无效率随月龄增大而增高,但无统计学意义(χ2=6.981,P>0.05)。AIM:To explore the therapeutic effect of early diagnosis and early rehabilitat ion treatment on patients aged various months with cerebral palsy(CP),so as to b lock or reduce the occurrence of disability caused by CP. METHODS:Totally 108 CP patients were divided into 3 groups according to the be ginning age of diagnosis and treat group A(1-3 months old),B(4-6 months old),a nd C(7-9 months old).Each group was treated with the motor therapy of Bobath me thod combined with the Vojta method,and acupuncture point by electric nerve stim ulation,and 10%glucose were added into cerebral hydrolysate and piracetam respe ctively for intravenous drip.Drug therapy lasted for 2 or 3 courses.Comparative evaluation of motion development,reflex development,Vojta reflex development and muscle tention were conducted before and after treatment.The therapeutic effect were compared between groups at the age of 2 years old. RESULTS:The total effective rate was 96.3%(104/108),and the normalization rat e was 61.1%(86/108),and both had a decreasing trend as the month age of patient s,while the inefficacy rate increased with age,but not statistically(χ2=6.981,P >0.05). CONCLUSION:Early diagnosis and rehabilitation treatment play a key role in ind ucing the incidence of disability caused by CP.
