摘　　要：分析了当前高校实验室用房在管理体制、布局、调配、使用和信息管理诸方面存在的问题,提出通过理顺关系、实行实验室用房的"有偿使用"、建立实验室用房管理信息系统、对实验室用房实行动态跟踪管理等办法,以此建立科学的管理机制,使有限的房产资源更好地为教学、科研服务。This paper analysed the current problems in the management system, layout, readjustment and allocation, use and information management of laboratory housing in higher educational institutions, and suggested such measures as putting in order the relevant relations, implementing compensated use of laboratory housing, setting up a laboratory housing management information system, and dynamically monitoring laboratory housing management, so as to establish a scientific management mechanism and enable the limited housing resources to better serve teaching and academic research.
