摘　　要：目的　观察黑蚂蚁对H2 2 肝癌小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能、淋巴细胞增殖、IL 2水平的影响。方法　将接种H2 2 细胞 2 4h的带瘤小鼠随机分为两组 ,每组 10只。实验组 :将黑蚂蚁烘干研成粉末 ,配成 4 0mg/ml蚁粉液胃饲小鼠 ;对照组 :胃饲等量生理盐水。结果　实验组小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬率、T淋巴细胞增殖及IL 2水平明显增强 ,与对照组比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论　黑蚂蚁可提高肿瘤等免疫功能低下小鼠的免疫功能。Objective To observe the influence of Formica fusca Lo on phagocytosis of macrophage,proliferation of the lymphocytes and IL-2 level in rats with liver cancer(H 22).Methods The rats with tumors vaccinated with H 22 cell 24h ago were divided into 2 groups randomly(10 rats in each group).In experiment group,rats were fed with 40mg/ml of formica fusca Lo.While in control group,rats were fed with same quantity of salt water.Ten days later the changes of the above indexes in the three group rats were observed.Results In experiment group,the phagocytosis of macrophage,proliferation of the lymphocytes and IL-2 level remarkably raised,which had significant difference from control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Formica fusca Lo can improve the immune function of rats with compromised immune function.
