摘　　要：目的　研究p2 7kip1 在宫颈癌组织中的表达并探讨其在宫颈癌发生发展过程中的变化及意义。方法　采用免疫组化SP法对 5 7例浸润性宫颈癌 (IC)、 1 1例宫颈原位癌 (CIS)、 1 8例宫颈上皮重度不典型增生(SD)和 1 5例正常宫颈组织 (NE)进行了细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶抑制剂 (CDKI)p2 7kip1 的检测。结果　 1 5例正常宫颈上皮中p2 7kip1 蛋白全部高表达 ,而在SD和CIS以及浸润性宫颈癌中 ,其蛋白表达水平随病变的发展呈现了有意义的下降。在宫颈癌进展期 ,p2 7kip1 表达与宫颈癌的临床分期、组织分级、淋巴结转移呈显著负相关 ,单因素生存分析显示p2 7kip1 蛋白高表达组生存率明显优于低表达组。结论　p2 7kip1 蛋白表达的下降参与了宫颈癌的发生发展。Objective To study the expression of the cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor p27 kip1 in cervical carcinoma and its significance.Methods The immunohistochemical staining was used to examine the expression of p27 kip1 in 57 patients with invasive carcinoma (IC),18 severe dyplasia (SD),11 carcinoma in situ (CIS),and 15 samples from normal cervical squamous epithelium (NE).Results p27 kip1 was overexpressed in all of the normal cervical epithelium.In contrast,the reduction of its expression was significantly observed from NE to SD,CIS and invasive cervical tumor.In the tumors samples,p27 kip1 showed a strong relationship with clinical stage,histological grade,and lymph node metastasis.Univariate analysis demonstrated the higher p27 kip1 expression,the better survival rate.Conclusions The down-regulation of p27 kip1 expression involves in the onset and progress of cervical carcinoma.Examination of its protein expression is a valuable index for early diagnosis and prognosis of cervical carcinoma patients
