摘 要:检测在缺氧预适应前后小鼠脑海马组织NDR2mRNA表达的变化 ,以探讨缺氧预适应对NDR2基因表达的影响及为研究该基因的功能提供线索。小鼠缺氧 0次 (H0 )、1次 (H1 )、4次 (H4)后取海马组织 ,应用半定量RT PCR技术 ,检测NDR2mRNA的表达量的变化。结果H1和H4与H0相比 ,NDR2mRNA表达量显著升高 ,但H1和H4之间无明显差异。结果提示 :缺氧以及预适应诱导NDR2基因的表达。The study was aimed to detect the chang of expression of NDR2 gene under hypoxia preconditioning. RT-PCR was used to examine the NDR2 gene responses to hypoxia exposure in mice hippocampus. Mice were divided into 3 groups randomly and were exposed to hypoxia for 4 runs(H4 group), 1 run(H1 group) and 0 run (control group). Total mRNA were extracted from mice hippocampus. The abundance of NDR2 mRNA was quantified. It was found that the level of NDR2 expression in hippocampus was increased significantly in group H1 and H4. These findings indicate that the NDR2 may play an important role in hypoxia and its preconditioning.
