摘　　要：通过分析快速路系统内部及与其衔接的周边路网之间存在的交通拥堵问题,结合交通基础设施供给条件,提出了交通衔接的工程与管理对策,以达到缓解和调节拥堵、均衡路网、发挥效益的目的。Through analysis of traffic jam existed in quick road system and surrounding road network linking with it, engineering and management countermeasures for traffic linking are put forward in combination with traffic's infrastructure conditions so as to achieve to relax and adjust traffic jam, balance road network and make most of efficiency.
