摘　　要：目的 :探讨经骶尾部局部切除直肠肿瘤的适应证及疗效。方法 :经骶尾部切口对 2 8例直肠良、恶性肿瘤行局部切除术的临床资料作回顾性分析。结果 :良性肿瘤 1 2例术后均治愈。恶性肿瘤 1 6例 ,术后 1年生存率 1 0 0 % ,3年生存率 87 5 % ,5年生存率 6 8 7% ,术后吻合口瘘为 1 7 8%。结论 :在严格掌握适应证的前提下 。Objective:To study the indications and effect of the transsacral local excision of the rectal tumors Methods:To retrospectively analyze 28 cases from 1993 to 1999 in our hospital. The 28 patients were given local excision of rectal benign or malignant tumours.Results:There were 16 cases with malignant tumors whose one year survival rate was 100%; three year survival rate was 87 5% and five year rate was 68 7% and anastomose fistula rate was 17 8% respectively and there were 12 cases with benign tumors who were cured post operation.Conclusion:If the indication is ensured, the transsacral local excision for the early rectal cancer can produce an expectant effect.
