摘　　要：目的 :探讨激光对早期大肠癌的治疗效果。方法 :经结肠镜导入Nd :YAG激光对 1 6例病理确诊的单个病灶的大肠各段早期大肠癌进行烧灼、切割治疗 ,治疗后多次进行随访复检。结果 :1 6例早期患者一次后痊愈 ,经三年随访复检无复发 ,无任何副作用。结论 :Nd :YAG激光治疗早期大肠癌方法简便 ,治愈率高 。Objective:To discuss the effects of early carcinoma of large intestine treated by Nd:YAG laser.Methods:16 cases were diagnosed as early carcinoma of large intestine with single focal on various part of large intestine by pathology were treated by the laser with cautery and excision lending Nd:YAG laser fibre through colonofiberscope .And they were observed time after time after the cure .Results:the 16 cases were all completely cured at one time .And no one was found to have recurrence of the cancer nor any side effect after three years.Conclusion:The method of Nd:YAG laser to treat early carcinoma of large intestine is simple,effective and safe.
