福松与乳果糖治疗慢性功能性便秘的临床对照观察

摘　　要：目的 :了解福松对慢性功能性便秘患者的临床疗效 ,并与乳果糖进行对照研究。方法 :将 72例慢性功能性便秘患者随机分为实验组和对照组 ,分别给予福松和乳果糖治疗 2周。观察疗效及副作用。结果 :福松和乳果糖治疗后排便次数明显增加 ,大便性状得到改善 ,两组总有效率无显著性差异 ,但显效率比较试验组明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1 )。结论Objective:To assess the therapeutic effect of forlax in patients with chronicfunctional constipation.Methods:72 patients suffering from chronic function constipation were randomly allocated to receive either forlax or lactulose for 2 weeks.The therapeutic effect and side effect of the drugs were evaluated.Results:The bowel frequency was significantly increased and the hard pellety stools were changed to soft or thin stools in patients treated with either forlax or lactulose.Conclusion:Forlax is an offective drug to treat chronic functional constipation.
