摘  要:华中科技大学同济医学院病理生理学系开展了病理生理学与临床相结合途径与方法的探讨和实践 ,如大课强化临床病例教学 ,并请临床教授讲授部分大课 ,学生跟随临床教师查房等。研究结果显示 ,改革班成绩高于对照班 ,学生学习兴趣大大提高。病理生理学与临床相结合的途径与方法 ,是有效可行的。To improve the efficiency of learning on Pathophysiology,the department of Pathophysiology of Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science & Technology divided the students into 2 groups,and teaching them in different ways. The controled group used the traditional way and the experimental one adopted the new approach by combination of theoretical teaching and clinical practice. The data illustrated that the grades of the experimental group were higher than those of the controled group ( P <0.05~0.0001). In conclusion,the approach of combination of Pathophysiology and clinical practice proved to be effective and feasible.
