摘　　要：介绍了运用冷却塔制低温水和直接利用室外新风解决民用建筑内区冬季过热问题的方法 ,认为用双分区新风机可以解决直接利用新风方法存在的系统复杂。Presents two methods of solving the problem including using cooling tower to supply low temperature water and directly applying outdoor air. Maintains that applying double-zone fresh air units can solve the problems of complicated system and increased fresh air rate existing in the second method.
